FAQ

Does it work with HIA, MBA, AS 4000 or ABIC contracts?

Yes. The registers are contract-neutral: pick the contract type on Project setup and record clause references in the notes / reference column.

Is the claim statement a payment claim under security of payment law?

The Claim statement prints as a PAYMENT CLAIM with the usual fields and, if you switch it on, the NSW or QLD endorsement line. Its due dates are indicative: they skip weekends and the non-business days you list on Project setup. Whether a claim is valid also depends on your contract and how it is served. Confirm current requirements with your state body; this is not legal advice.

Can I add trades or sections?

Yes. The Progress claim has 25 trade lines; rename or fill the spare ones. For more, unprotect the sheet (no password) and insert rows inside the trade lines; the totals follow.

I am not in NSW or QLD. Will it work?

Mostly, yes. The registers, the defects tracker, the site diary and the feasibility model are not state-specific (transfer duty is a figure you enter from your state revenue office calculator). The NSW and QLD parts are the claim statement's endorsement wording, the approvals pathways and the state names on the handover documents list. VIC and WA state packs are on the Updates membership roadmap (Q2 2027 and Q3 2027). If it does not fit, the 30-day refund applies.

Excel or Google Sheets?

Both. Open the .xlsx in Excel (Windows or Mac), or upload it to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets; every formula used is on the Sheets-safe list. No macros.

Can I use it on more than one job?

Yes. A purchase is licensed to you for use on your own projects, as many as you run. The files are not for resale or redistribution. If several people in your business will use them, email support first.

What if it does not suit my job?

30-day fit guarantee: use it on a real job, and if it does not fit the way you work, reply to your receipt for a full refund. No form, no questions.
