Privacy

Short version: we do not run cookies, trackers or accounts on this site. Checkout and email happen on Gumroad.

What this site collects

Nothing personal. The site is static. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.

Checkout and downloads

Purchases and the free files (the Site Diary and the checklist) are delivered by Gumroad, Inc., which is the merchant of record. Gumroad collects your email and payment details under its own privacy policy. We see your email and purchase history so we can send updates and handle refunds.

Email

If you buy or download a free file, we may email you about updates to the templates you have, new templates, and the occasional practical note. Every email has an unsubscribe link. We do not sell or share the list.

Support

Email siteofficeau@gmail.com. We keep support emails for as long as needed to help you and then delete them.

Your rights

Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We operate under the Australian Privacy Principles.

Templates, not advice

SiteOffice templates are general tools, not legal, financial or construction advice. Check your contract and the security of payment legislation in your state, and get professional advice for your project. Every SiteOffice file is general information and a record-keeping tool built from one project manager's practice. It is not a substitute for your own research or for advice on your project, and buying it does not create an adviser relationship. Contract mechanics, notice periods, security-of-payment rules, claim and payment-schedule timeframes, retention, defects liability, tax treatment and approval pathways differ between contracts and between states and territories, and they change. The claim statement is a form you attach to your own payment claim; the payment due dates it shows are indicative only. The feasibility model calculates from your assumptions and is not a valuation, a quantity-surveyor estimate or tax advice. Before relying on any file, check your own contract, the current legislation and codes in your state or territory (for example the NSW Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 1999 and the Queensland Building Industry Fairness (Security of Payment) Act 2017), and have a construction lawyer, accountant or other professional confirm anything you rely on. The 30-day fit guarantee covers whether the file fits the way you work; it is not a warranty that a template meets a legal requirement.
