FAQ
Does the certificates list cover my state?
Yes for NSW and QLD: each document carries both states' names (for example Occupation certificate in NSW, Form 11 or Form 21 in QLD). Confirm specifics with your certifier.
Does it include the defects log?
The PC inspection records defects found. The full log with DLP countdown is the Defects Tracker; both are in the bundle.
Google Sheets and Docs?
Yes.
I am not in NSW or QLD. Will it work?
Mostly, yes. The registers, the defects tracker, the site diary and the feasibility model are not state-specific (transfer duty is a figure you enter from your state revenue office calculator). The NSW and QLD parts are the claim statement's endorsement wording, the approvals pathways and the state names on the handover documents list. VIC and WA state packs are on the Updates membership roadmap (Q2 2027 and Q3 2027). If it does not fit, the 30-day refund applies.
Excel or Google Sheets?
Both. Open the .xlsx in Excel (Windows or Mac), or upload it to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets; every formula used is on the Sheets-safe list. No macros.
Can I use it on more than one job?
Yes. A purchase is licensed to you for use on your own projects, as many as you run. The files are not for resale or redistribution. If several people in your business will use them, email support first.
What if it does not suit my job?
30-day fit guarantee: use it on a real job, and if it does not fit the way you work, reply to your receipt for a full refund. No form, no questions.
